Additional info: Kevin grew up in suburbia, very leafy, very nice, very normal. He was always a bright student; funny and gleeful enough so the hassle he had to deal with at school largely didn't upset him, and it was not a huge surprise to any of his classmates when the resident drama nerd, writing geek and all-out fandomer came out soon after his sixteenth birthday. His parents and sister were supportive and encouraging, and Kevin was content to just study hard, get good marks, do theatre, write short stories for the school journal, and not think about all that sex and dating stuff. In part was that because he already suspected he had tendencies that might have disturbed friends and family; his internet browsing contained more than a few fetish and kink sites, and upon turning 18, he decided to do something about it. Unfortunately what he did was try for a hookup via a fetish site, and managed to end up in the living room of perhaps the worst dom possible, a cocky twentysomething who believed that good slaves get tied, gagged and don't have the right to say no because the whole point is that they need to be broken and owned. Kevin found himself tied, gagged, and although he was comfortable with that, he did not ask for the verbal abuse or the caning that followed, and barely kept himself together in the aftermath. The dom told him he was a wimp and a worthless slave for even daring to suggest that wasn't what he wanted - as master knows best - and Kevin was suitably chastened from the experience. He spent the next few years just going through college and dating the sweetest, most boringly bland vanilla boys he could find, and topping a lot. Still, that never quite hit the spot, and so now at the age of 21, he's thinking about grad school, jobs, his mother persistently asking when he's going to find himself a steady boyfriend...and he's about ready to explore kink in a safe space with someone he can trust and who is strong enough to offer affection along with ownership.
